Technical Information

• We provide the router, receiver and power supply as well as fully install and set up the system. All equipment is owned and the property of EAV Networks Limited as per the terms and conditions

• The AirCube router has two spare LAN ports and the POE power supply also has another spare LAN port

• The router / power supply only requires one plug / socket

• We do not provide access to the router configuration due to the speciality of our network set up. However you can connect your own router to our provided router. (Not instead of, connecting your own router instead of our router to our network is strictly forbidden and will result in the termination of your service)

• We will set up your WiFi network with a password of your choice, if you would like this changed or forget your password please raise a ticket on the portal

• Depending on the distance of your property for our access point, we will either fit a small white pill shaped receiver which is the size of an phone, or a small dish shaped receiver which is the size of a tablet
